Core of the role:

Overall responsibility for the management and operation of the production floor Performance control and partnership in leading improvement processes in the department.

Ongoing management of the production floor in the department

Responsibility for implementing a work plan and meeting productivity goals

Employee management – task distribution, training and professional support

Coordination between departments (P&L, logistics, quality, etc.)

Leading processes for improving productivity, quality and safety

Solving operational problems and ongoing malfunctions

Skills and qualifications in the role:

Previous experience in production management – mandatory

Experience in managing a team of workers in an industrial plant – mandatory

Technical/engineering education – an advantage

Analysis, coordination and process leadership abilities

Computer and ERP PRIORITY application control
