**THE ROLE

**We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Data Product Manager to join our data organization and take full ownership of our data roadmap.

In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders and analysts across the company to define complex data solutions, shape the semantic layer of our data warehouse, and translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements for the data engineering team.

You’ll lead end-to-end data projects, from gathering requirements and defining the solution, through development and QA, to rollout and adoption, while building data products that support the company’s growth and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the data roadmap, aligning it with business priorities and analytics needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to collect requirements, identify data gaps, and design scalable solutions.
• Write detailed PRDs and technical specifications for the Data Engineering team.
• Define and maintain the semantic layer of the data warehouse to support consistent, trusted analytics.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data projects: requirement gathering, design, development, QA, and release. Partner with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Maintain high data quality and reliability standards across systems and reports.
• Communicate project status, risks, and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Product Manager or similar data-facing role.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional data projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, pipelines, and DWH architecture.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, and dbt.
• Ability to write clear PRDs and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work closely with engineers, analysts, and executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent English – written and spoken – for collaborating with global teams.
