We have built an AI measurement platform for the home renovation and construction industries, with dozens of enterprise customers within eight months of launching.

Billions of dollars are lost every year because homes and projects are measured inaccurately. From windows and doors to full renovations, every project depends on precise dimensions. Yet, most of the industry still relies on tape measures, manual drawings and outdated workflows.

Medida (meaning "measurement" in Spanish too :)) turns a simple smartphone scan into manufacturer-grade 3D measurements - empowering sales reps, installers, and homeowners to get projects right the first time. We’re already powering national partnerships with some of the largest players in windows, doors, kitchens and baths. The opportunity is massive, the problems are unsolved, and we need a Tech Lead to help us scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own the development of a new product line end-to-end, from ideation to deployment and iteration.
• Lead technical projects that accelerate growth on the existing product line: integrating new features, optimizing performance, and scaling infrastructure.
• Collaborate to align product, engineering, and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for the R&D team.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone really good with React and Node. Bonus point for React Native or Python expertise.
• Strong product intuition and ability to balance technical excellence with business impact.
• Speed: someone who learns, thinks and writes code fast.
• High ownership mindset: thrives on responsibility and sees projects through to completion.
