About the Role

A senior organizational role responsible for developing and leading the company’s long term strategic workforce planning.

The position includes building future workforce models, analyzing trends, identifying capability gaps and aligning multi year human capital plans with business technological and organizational needs.

The role requires close collaboration with HR leaders business executives and technology divisions as well as representation of the company to key external partners in government academia and the defense ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an enterprise level workforce strategy translating business objectives and divisional needs into structured long term human capital plans including roles skills and capability mapping
• Conduct workforce gap analyses between current and future organizational needs develop forecasting models for recruitment retention retirement and upskilling
• Build multi year workforce plans in partnership with HR business and technology leaders operating in a matrix environment
• Identify skill gaps and lead company wide upskilling reskilling and training initiatives in collaboration with IAI Academy and external partners
• Create measurement and reporting frameworks including KPI development management dashboards and executive reporting
• Manage strategic interfaces with external stakeholders including government bodies academic institutions and defense organizations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution master’s degree is an advantage
• Minimum five years of experience in resource management or workforce planning including at least two years in a system level planning role
• Strong analytical abilities including data analysis experience HR or BI analytics tools and competency in workforce forecasting and data driven decision making

• High learning ability curiosity and the capacity to identify emerging trends and future workforce requirements
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to prepare and present high level documents and presentations
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects engaging senior stakeholders
• Professional presence and the ability to represent the company in formal external forums
