We're creating a Virtual Marketing Agency, where each of our clients gets a personal 24/7 marketing team working on their Strategy, Campaigns, Social Engagement, Brand Awareness, and more.
This role is located in Tel Aviv, full-time, hybrid (3 days at the office), next to the train station (Rokach Blvd 97).
You will work on:
- LLMs
- Datasets
- Benchmarks
- Research Articles

- 15-minute online HR call.

Perfect Fit:
- Work outside of a notebook ;)
- You wish to create domain-specific intelligence.
- Your stack includes data, research, and engineering tools.

Responsibilities
- Post-training Large Language Models for a specific use.
- Finetune LLMs with DPO/RLHF/GRPO using LoRA.
- Datasets (real, synthetic, manipulation, ...).
- Building domain-specific benchmarks.
- Writing research articles.
Qualifications
- Git master.
- Python Ninja.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with AWS-Bedrock or GCP-Vertex.
- Experience with HugginFace, Torch, NLP, RL, and Research.
