Looking for Technical Writers – Diverse Projects Across Multiple Industries

We're seeking experienced technical writers to join our team on an hourly basis, working on documentation projects spanning cybersecurity, cloud technologies, medical technologies, automotive systems, and more.

In general, a minimum of half-time availability is required.

What we offer:

• Hourly rate is negotiable in accordance with experience and client budget
• Mostly remote work with occasional Tel Aviv-area meetings
• Flexibility to work with clients at different technical levels

This position is for practicing professionals only – we are not offering training or career transition opportunities at this time.

Requirements:

• MINIMUM 2 YEARS PAID EXPERIENCE WITH "TECHNICAL WRITER" AS YOUR JOB TITLE, REFLECTED ON YOUR LINKEDIN PROFILE
• Native or fluent English proficiency
• Proficiency with current technical writing tools; candidates should have strong experience with at least some of the following: Microsoft Word, online documentation platforms, Markdown, MadCap Flare
• Strong technical aptitude and curiosity about technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong self-management skills and ability to work directly with subject matter experts with minimal oversight
• Collaborative mindset and interpersonal skills
• Sense of humor
• Willingness to learn new things, people, environments

Bonus qualifications:

• Online documentation platforms (Document 360, readme.io, etc.)
• Cloud technology documentation
• Cybersecurity product documentation
• Hardware documentation (assembly guides, installation manuals)
• API documentation and familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI/YAML
