Professional Background
- 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
- Proven experience with embedded systems, firmware testing, and software-hardware integration.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
- Hands-on experience in embedded software testing- must.
- Proficiency in manual testing and automation frameworks (Python)- Advantage
- Familiarity with protocols and interfaces (Modbus, Ethernet, TCP/IP)- Significant advantage
- Experience in hardware testing environments: oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies- Advantage
- Knowledge of test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)- must
- Knowledge of electricity or a classified electrician certificate - an advantage
Professional Competencies
- Ability to define test strategies and test plans for complex embedded + software systems.
- Skilled in root cause analysis and working closely with developers, hardware engineers, and system architects.
- Strong documentation skills: test reports, bug tracking, compliance reports.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with compliance and standards testing .
Soft Skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently on complex projects and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
