**We are looking for a Junior Software Manual Tester with a technical military background for an exciting and challenging position!

**This is a full-time position in Netanya.

The job requires fieldwork in different locations around the country.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor the debugging process results

Requirements

• familiar knowledge C4I system for the HQ military system - must
• Massua instructor or operational user at the specific system - must
• Ability to work independently within a team - must
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Fast learner with the ability to work independently
• A problem solver with a 'can do' attitude
