Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with AI development and business analyst teams to create and optimize full-cycle AI prompts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing domain-specific guidance on business analysis methodologies and practices.
• Analyze AI outputs for relevance, accuracy, and clarity, offering actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop comprehensive documentation to support AI training and project workflows.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of AI-generated content to ensure alignment with business analyst standards.
• Communicate complex findings effectively through both written and verbal channels.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into the AI training process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a deep understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize workflows and documentation.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence, natural language processing, or related technologies.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in prompt engineering or AI content evaluation.
• Self-motivated and adept at working independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience training or evaluating AI systems, particularly in a business context.
• Certification in Business Analysis (such as CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent).
