The Role

We’re looking for a HubSpot Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our clients’ HubSpot CRM. In this role, you’ll deliver end-to-end HubSpot support, onboarding, reporting, automations, and 3rd-party integrations. You’ll be responsible for analytics, workflows, AI-driven automation, and revenue reporting -while also supporting ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and provide ongoing HubSpot CRM support across multiple clients, including configuration, implementation, and optimization.
• Act as the primary HubSpot administrator: creating and improving workflows, custom fields, and data management processes for Marketing, Sales, and Service.
• Build and manage automations to support marketing and sales processes.
• Develop and maintain HubSpot dashboards, ensuring data integrity and quality through reporting, migrations, and cleansing.
• Oversee user access, permissions, and role assignments in collaboration with client sales/marketing leaders.
• Lead HubSpot onboarding projects end-to-end.
• Execute tasks across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
• Conduct HubSpot audits and provide optimization recommendations.
• Guide client decisions, train users, and share best practices.
• Design and implement marketing, sales, and service automation plans.
• Support integrations with other platforms/tools.
• Collaborate with our internal marketing team to manage client projects and communications.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
