JobTestPrep is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of our core products. You will be the ultimate driver of success for your assigned products, responsible for dramatically increasing sales and revenue through comprehensive strategies across all channels, including exploring new and emerging avenues.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Core Mission):

· Full Product Marketing Ownership: Take complete strategic and tactical responsibility for the marketing success of your assigned product portfolio. Your ultimate goal is to maximize sales and revenue for these products.

· Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive significant customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

· Performance Marketing & Channel Management: Work hands-on with our existing paid channels, including Paid Search and Social Media, to push your product's performance and explore new platforms continually.

· Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Become an expert in improving the customer journey.

o Analyze user behavior and the customer journey to identify and prioritize opportunities for conversion rate optimization.

o Develop, execute, and analyze A/B testing and multivariate testing on landing pages, email campaigns, and overall user experience.

o Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and drive sales.

· Data-Driven Decisions & Reporting:

o Leverage advanced data analysis tools, including GA4, to rigorously track performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and campaign efficacy.

o Report regularly and transparently on traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics, providing clear and actionable recommendations for enhancement and iteration.

Leading Edge & Technical Expertise:

· AI-Driven Initiatives: Lead the charge on innovative, AI-targeted marketing strategies. Oversee content optimization and positioning across emerging platforms, including AI search and conversational interfaces.

· SEO Strategy & Optimization: Become the go-to expert for technical search engine optimization for your product's assigned web properties.

o Analyze the current Technical SEO (site structure, page structure, and internal linking) and implement clear recommendations.

o Assist in defining and implementing unified SEO strategies that drive long-term, sustainable site traffic.

o Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to assess website, blog, and social media visibility.

o Analyze SEO traffic metrics such as search engine referrals and keyword rankings and recommend content revisions to increase visibility.

· Stay Ahead of the Curve: Proactively identify and test new opportunities in AI, automation, and search technologies to strengthen JobTestPrep's competitive advantage and ensure we are always first-to-market with effective strategies.

What You'll Bring:

· Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with a strong track record of driving measurable revenue growth.

· Content Creation: Proven ability to rapidly produce engaging marketing content, including visual concepts and basic video treatments, that drives channel performance.

· Practical knowledge of Technical SEO and an understanding of how to implement long-term, sustainable SEO strategies.

· Expertise in managing and optimizing Paid Search and Social Media campaigns.

· Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (GA4 proficiency is a must).

· Demonstrated success in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), including A/B and multivariate testing.

· Experience in leveraging AI/automation for marketing performance.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • · Excellent Communication: Good copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to maintain the brand's helpful, expert, and professional voice. Native-level English is a must.
