About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Junior IT Support to join our expanding IT department. This is an excellent role for someone starting their IT career who wants hands-on experience with modern tools and room to grow within a large, fast-growing company.Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support (hardware, software, networking).
• Manage user accounts, permissions and onboarding/offboarding.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations and peripherals.
• Support cloud platforms including Microsoft 365 and JumpCloud.
• Monitor systems, escalate issues, and document solutions.
• Assist in maintaining IT security and compliance procedures.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a reliable, secure IT environment.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Windows & macOS environments.
• Basic understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Ability to troubleshoot common hardware/software issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with JumpCloud (IAM, device management).
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
• Familiarity with cloud identity management and security.
