**What We’re Looking For?

**We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Team Leader to lead and grow our Digital Twin Platform team. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise, strategic thinking, and team mentorship to drive the development of end to end solutions for vHive’s digital twin web platform.

**Responsibilities

**As the Full Stack Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of full-stack software engineers while maintaining an active hands-on technical contribution to the codebase.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, algorithms developers, product managers, and QA, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive end-to-end execution: from receiving product requirements to delivery, through implementation, deployment and monitoring.
• Take part in planning the product roadmap and sprints to translate the product vision into actionable engineering plans.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional results by setting a high bar for code quality and promoting software development best practices.
• Continuously drive the improvement of developer experience and the efficient adoption of AI development tools.

Requirements:

• B.Sc in Computer Science, equivalent degree or graduate of a top IDF software development unit
• 4+ years of experience as a team leader, balancing people leadership and technical delivery with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects.
• 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Experience in developing modern cloud-based systems with microservices
• Solid full-stack experience with all or part of the following technologies: Angular, React, Java/Kotlin Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, MongoDB, ELK
• Solid experience with AWS or other cloud providers
• Solid understanding of DevOps concepts and tools
• Fluent communication in Hebrew and English.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Advantage - experience in 3D computer graphics, geospatial engines (e.g., three.js, CesiumJS)
