• What you are going to do * * :

Oversee the full TCM hiring funnel — from sourcing to onboarding — ensuring high candidate quality, data accuracy, and consistent conversion rates across all stages of the process.

Supervise TCM training and adaptation processes, prevent onboarding delays, and collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth transitions and full readiness for the role

Monitor and analyze conversion and performance data at each hiring stage to identify bottlenecks, forecast needs, and continuously improve efficiency.

Partner with the Sales and Acquisition departments to align recruitment priorities, share insights, and implement performance-driven improvements.

Design scalable recruitment strategies for different markets, refine training systems, and ensure high efficiency and candidate satisfaction throughout the hiring journey.

• What we expect from you * *

3+ years of work experience with proven experience of managing small teams.

Strong operational and analytical skills.

Comfortable working with funnel metrics and performance data.

Advanced English.
