Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth & Demand Generation Manager based in Tel Aviv, Israel. The role includes developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and pipeline growth. Key responsibilities include optimizing marketing campaigns, tracking performance through data analytics, implementing marketing automation tools, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve revenue goals. The position requires innovative problem-solving and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure business growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation for a B2B product company.
• Strong analytical foundation with experience in GA4, SF, Looker, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to optimize conversion funnels and landing pages end to end.
• Experience running A/B tests with a clear hypothesis-driven approach.
• Ability to translate data into insights, next steps, and weekly performance narratives.
• Strong communication skills for briefs, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
• High level of accountability and comfort making decisions with imperfect information
• Comfortable operating in a hyper-growth startup where priorities shift fast and execution speed matters.
