• *  * Identify and develop *  *  new business opportunities in the contaminated land remediation and industrial sites sectors.
  

• *  * Manage client relationships *  *  with companies, regulatory authorities, and governmental bodies.
  

• *  * Prepare commercial proposals, *  *  lead negotiations, and manage the sales cycle through deal closure.
  

• *  * Represent the company *  *  at conferences, professional forums, and meetings with strategic clients.
  

• *  * Work closely *  *  and continuously with the organization's professional and engineering departments.
  

• • Requirements * *

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience and a deep understanding of the field.

• • Must-Have: * *

• *  * Proven familiarity *  *  with the environmental quality / land remediation / infrastructure sectors.
  

• *  * Previous experience *  *  in a similar Business Development or Marketing role is  *  * essential *  * .
  

• *  * Full proficiency *  *  in both Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  

• *  * Excellent interpersonal skills *  *  and high-level presentation and persuasion abilities.

• Relevant academic degree (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology).
