📣 **We're Hiring: Financial Analyst – Strategy, Budget & Operations
**
High tech company • Central Israel • Hybrid
A leading high tech organization in the Central area is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its Trust & Safety group and help shape the financial strategy across multiple business functions.
⭐ What You'll Do
- Partner with Finance, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends and variances, and deliver actionable insights.
- Build and optimize forecasts, budgets, and financial models.
- Create dashboards using Tableau / QuickSight / Qlik to visualize key metrics.
- Identify efficiency opportunities and support cost optimization initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
- Strong background in corporate finance, budgeting, and forecasting.
- High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Ability to present insights clearly to non financial stakeholders.
- Experience with BI dashboards – advantage.
