Your tasks
Supporting end-users as well as remote L3 teams, you will be assigned various tickets (ServiceNow) throughout the day. Typically you will provide expertise and support for: Workplace / desktops, laptops, software and hardware, Outlook, M365, etc Windows 7-11 corporate network environment (need to be familiar with Active Directory) Mobile devices Multimedia equipment in meeting and conference rooms Multi-Functions Printers Collaborative tools Hands and Eyes (under Level 3 guidance) in server rooms IT Hardware inventory management Location: 3 days in Tel Aviv and 2 days in Rehovot (fully onsite) Please send your CV in English!
