Business Development Representative

Compensation: $50k per annum

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be responsible for driving consistent, high-quality top-of-funnel activity across the UK, Ireland, and Benelux markets. You will lead outbound engagement, inbound qualification, and meeting scheduling, fully operating within our clients’ Salesforce environments.

You will collaborate closely with our U.S.-based demand generation team to ensure alignment with established playbooks and quality standards.

📍 Candidates must be located in the UK, Ireland, or Europe and able to work full-time EMEA business hours__. Some flexibility for occasional U.S. team alignment calls may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound activity via phone, email, and social channels
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for client field teams
  • Conduct structured prospect research across target personas and industries
  • Operate fully within Salesforce, maintaining accurate and timely reporting
  • Collaborate with the U.S. demand gen team to ensure alignment and cohesion
  • Follow structured workflows aligned with client-defined KPIs
  • Function as part of a two-person BDR team for redundancy and continuity

What We’re Looking For

  • Based in the UK, Ireland, or broader Europe region (required)
  • Multilingual capabilities — French or Dutch, with strong business English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or related roles (SDR/BDR experience preferred)
  • Growth mindset — receptive to feedback, adaptable, proactive
  • High resilience — comfortable handling rejection and maintaining momentum
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication
  • Experience working in Salesforce is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory

  • Intel i5 or above
  • 256GB+ hard drive
  • Integrated webcam
  • Stable wireless capability

Connectivity

  • Fibre internet (minimum 60 Mbps)
  • Ethernet cable connection (required)
  • UPS or inverter backup recommended
