We are currently seeking experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Specialists to support our clients across the Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and ambitious team while working fully remotely.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

Location: Remote – MENA Region

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' fit for both the role and company culture.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring satisfaction on both sides.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout all recruitment stages.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide guidance on optimal hiring solutions.
• Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance quality and the overall candidate experience.
• Provide transparent and constructive feedback to candidates and clients.
• Support onboarding efforts to ensure new hires transition smoothly and integrate well into their teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in the Middle East.
• Experience in a recruitment firm is strongly preferred.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on candidate experience.
• Strong ability to handle high-volume recruitment without compromising quality.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Arabic and French are a strong plus.
