**About the Role:

**We’re looking for a Social Marketing Manager who knows how to drive meaningful organic engagement across social platforms through posts, comments, and advocacy. Someone sharp, genuinely excited to push our cybersecurity brand forward, and ready to validate that impact through clear tracking and measurement.

In this role, you’ll shape the stories that reach Pentera’s community and demonstrate that we are the security validation leader and a household name in our industry.

You’ll join a creative, fast-moving marketing team that collaborates closely across content, product, and design. You’ll report to the Director of Content, who values creativity, smart ideas, and the occasional perfectly timed GIF.

If you’re a native English speaker, love experimenting with GenAI, and have a strong instinct for tone, timing, and storytelling, this is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Pentera’s presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, and Reddit.
• Plan, write, edit, and publish engaging posts that reflect our brand voice and message.
• Collaborate closely with the product marketing, demand and acquisition teams to amplify content reach across all campaigns and programs.
• Monitor, listen and respond to audience comments and direct messages.
• Run Pentera’s employee advocacy program, manage content distribution, drive engagement, and develop creative incentives for participation.
• Bring creative ideas for new formats, series, and campaigns, from memes to thought leadership threads.
• Collaborate with the creative team on short-form videos and visual storytelling.
• Use Oktopost and native analytics to track, measure, and optimize performance.
• Experiment with GenAI tools to scale and enhance content and post creation workflows.
• Stay on top of cybersecurity and social media trends and know how to merge the two.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker with exceptional writing and editing skills.
• 3+ years of experience managing B2B social media (preferably in tech or cybersecurity).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Comfortable diving into complex cybersecurity topics and turning them into sharp, approachable content.
• Experience with Oktopost or other social management platforms.
• Curiosity about AI and how it can push creative boundaries.
• A sense of humor, timing, and good judgment online.
