We are seeking a Risk & Quality Specialist to join our team, supporting the implementation of the firm’s compliance and quality policies, guiding cross-organizational processes, and ensuring alignment with the high standards of the global PwC network.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and monitoring firm-wide standards, policies, and procedures related to risk management and quality.
• Monitoring compliance with firm policies and regulatory timelines.
• Preparing periodic reports and summaries for the firm’s leadership and the global PwC network.
• Leading the firm’s preparation for internal and external quality reviews.
• Working closely with partners, managers, and professional teams on matters of risk, compliance, and service quality.

Requirements:

• Certified Lawyer or CPA – an advantage.
• Experience in SOX, regulation, or quality audit – an advantage.
• High level of English – mandatory.
• Strong self-learning ability, logical thinking, and sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English, including interaction with senior management.
• Ability to drive and implement cross-organizational processes in a complex environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and a technology-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
