Antidote Health is a startup on a mission to create a smart, digital, and affordable HMO in the US. We’re building comprehensive health solutions that combine medical services and health insurance, with a strong emphasis on reducing healthcare costs through proactive member health management. Our platform empowers members to manage their health through video consultations, prescriptions, lab referrals, and real-time tracking, all from a single app.

We are seeking a Development Team Lead to lead a full-stack development team in building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. This role requires strong full-stack capabilities, a passion for mentoring and leading developers in a fast-paced startup environment, and the ability to guide teams and projects from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

· Lead a full-stack development team in designing and building scalable, high-quality features.

· Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

· Oversee code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and best practices.

· Mentor team members, foster a culture of collaboration, and support professional growth.

· Ensure high performance, reliability, and security across the platform.

· Contribute hands-on to both backend and frontend development

· Continuously improve system reliability and adopt new technologies to enhance workflow and accelerate development.

Qualifications

· 7+ years of web development experience.

· Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.

· Track record of leading full lifecycle projects and achieving fast, reliable outcomes under tight timelines.

· Experience with software engineering best practices: testing, code reviews, clean code, etc.

· Experience with Backend and Frontend technologies, preferably Python and React.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Understanding of modern AI frameworks and trends, with a willingness to apply AI-based approaches to improve efficiency and innovation.

· BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

· Experience in the US healthcare industry - Advantage
