Bonot Alternativa , one of the largest women's organization in Israel, is seeking a professional Resource Development Manager to indentify, develope and manage the resources and fundraising framework.

This is a full-time position, hybrid role (organization's headquarters in Ramat Gan).

Responsibilities:

Identifying and developing fundraising channels with private, business, and philanthropic sectors (including writing proposals, and responding to calls for support).
Cultivating relationships with existing donors and managing long-term partnerships.
Preparation of reports, marketing materials, and presentations for donors.
Planning and executing events for donors and fundraising trips abroad.

Job requirements:

Proven experience in developing resources for private and philanthropic sectors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
Ability to analyze data with thoroughness and precision.
Excellent representation and interpersonal communication skills.
