**Role Description
**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Time & Attendance Support person based in Hod HaSharon. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for the company’s time and attendance platform. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, ensuring effective communication, analyzing issues, and offering tailored solutions to ensure smooth user experiences. The position requires regular collaboration with teams to improve services and cater to clients' evolving needs.

**Qualifications

• Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to effectively resolve system-related issues.
• Excellent Customer Support and Communication skills to address client inquiries and maintain client satisfaction.
• Proficient Analytical Skills for evaluating problems and identifying effective solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with time and attendance systems or SaaS solutions considered an advantage.
