We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate the growth of our cutting-edge Voice eTTS™ API. In this role, you will own the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure - and play a key role in expanding our presence in the agentic voice market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup based in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive inbound and outbound lead generation, qualify prospects effectively, and manage the sales pipeline through to deal closure.
• Conduct market research and account segmentation to identify high-value opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Smartlead, Sales Navigator, Nooks) to streamline sales processes and track activities.
• Develop a robust pipeline of upsell opportunities and new prospects.
• Represent the company at global industry events and conferences, promoting our solutions and driving sales.
• Achieve sales targets, including revenue, new client acquisition, and pipeline growth.
• Work independently while collaborating with senior leadership remotely.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales Development Representative (BDR/SDR) roles.
• Experience in startup or fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to understand complex client structures.
• Familiarity with AI agents or APIs is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational, self-management, and communication skills.
• Native or fluent English proficiency.
• Technical background or experience selling to technical buyers is a significant advantage.
• Experience with AI SaaS products and selling to international clients is a plus.
• Comfortable working in small teams or with remote managers.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required, including potential weekend travel.
