Deepdub is seeking a detail oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join our finance team on a part time basis. This role is ideal for a finance or economics student looking to gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a fast paced tech environment. You will take ownership of day to day financial processes, with a strong focus on invoice management, vendor reports, billing, and general financial administration. **Join us and experience the startup world from the inside with real impact, real responsibilities, and a front-row seat to the growth of an innovative AI company.

**Responsibilities:

• Manage and process AR INVOICES (ACCOUNT RECEIVABLES) and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support vendor management, including monthly reconciliation, preparing vendor reports, and maintaining supplier records.
• Assist with billing cycles, payment tracking, and financial documentation.
• Support the preparation of internal financial reports and summaries.
• Help maintain and improve financial workflows and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial data as needed.
• Perform general financial administrative tasks and assist with ad hoc projects.
• Assist in managing freelancer payments, including tracking, verifying, and coordinating payment cycles.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Prior experience in financial administration – an advantage
• English - high level
