Lead a skilled R&D and security research team building advanced endpoint and low-level system solutions across multiple operating systems. The role involves end-to-end product ownership, hands-on work with OS internals, creating custom tools, producing technical insights, and collaborating with engineers and partners while supporting team growth.

Requirements

Leadership experience (2+ years)
5+ years in Cybersecurity R&D
Strong understanding of OS architecture (Windows/Linux)
Experience with C/C++, C#, and Python
Knowledge of networking fundamentals
Proficiency in reverse engineering and analysis tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
Advantage: familiarity with endpoint protection bypass methods; experience with low-level languages (C, C++, Rust)
