8. Summary of the definition of the occupation and main areas of responsibility
• Managing an existing customer portfolio and increasing it, meeting the goals that were defined by its managers.
• Consulting customers in the product portfolio that the company sells (solenoids, actuators, pneumatics, electro-pneumatic panels, flow control solutions)
• In-depth familiarity with the field of activity of the customers under its responsibility.
• Striving for contact in a proactive manner and maintaining a partner and consistent relationship with all decision-making factors at the customers.
• Handling customer inquiries in real time – full availability during working hours
• Locating new customers
• Identifying new needs and trends in relevant markets
• Providing price quotes to customers
• Transferring orders from customers to sales coordinators and updating the customer's schedule as needed
• Planning resources required to meet goals
• Preparing a contract survey for items and transferring them to the relevant parties
• Responsibility for collection (for customers in his care)
• Working in collaboration with the activities of the areas, including transferring business information and logistical support to customers.
• Ongoing contact with direct manager
• Formulating business and marketing recommendations based on understanding market trends and customer needs
• Reporting on competitor activity in the area
• Responsibility for initiating, (in collaboration with direct manager) the characterization, marketing, and measurement of products and solutions in the category.
Job Requirements: Proven experience of 5+ years of product sales in the fields of automation, pneumatics, and flow management.
