We are looking for Medical Data Analyst & Implementor for a AI-driven HealthTech startup

Job Description :

• Analyze clinical data, operative notes, and algorithmic outputs

• Write and execute advanced SQL queries on large data schemas

• Validate system results against clinical guidelines

• Investigate anomalies, identify root causes, and recommend solutions

• Implement and configure the platform for new customers

• Work directly with customers and collaborate with PM, Product, and R&D

• Lead tasks end-to-end: scoping, execution, validation, and documentation

• Create tools and workflows to monitor data quality and system performance

• Produce clear, structured documentation and maintain effective communication

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years in data implementation or data analysis
• Strong SQL with complex queries – Must
• Advanced Excel (functions, manipulation, analytics) – Must
• Experience with MySQL or Document DBs – Advantage
• Strong analytical skills and experience with large datasets
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew – Must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup and manage multiple tasks
• Customer-facing experience – Advantage
• Experience with EMR, clinical systems, or healthcare data – Significant advantage
• Experience in product-oriented startups
• Engineering or scientific degree (or strong data background without a degree)
• Experience leading technical or data-related tasks
• Multitasking, flexibility, resilience, and high responsibility
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thorough
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to understand both business context and technical depth
• Strong documentation and communication abilities
