Herzog Fox & Neeman, one of Israel’s leading law firms, is looking for an experienced and motivated Attorney to join our exclusive and dynamic team specializing in fintech and financial regulation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide ongoing legal advice to major financial institutions, investment firms, insurance companies, as well as payment companies and local and international fintech organizations.

* Advise on financial and institutional regulations, including continuous regulatory guidance, transaction support in terms of regulation, licensing processes, legislative procedures, and representation before regulators.

* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements related to banking, finance, and fintech operations.

* Offer legal counsel on compliance issues such as anti-money laundering (AML), data privacy, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance.

* Represent clients in dealings with regulators and assist in regulatory filings and approvals.

Requirements:

* At least two years of post-qualification experience as an attorney.

* High proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing) – mandatory.

* Experience in financial regulation, litigation, or government work – an advantage.

* Graduates from leading academic institutions.
