📌 Project Manager – Zoom Real Estate Investments

Zoom Real Estate Investments (ZoomREI) is a rapidly growing international real estate investment company – a true one-stop shop for all real estate needs in the USA.

We combine advanced technology with massive marketing investments to locate and acquire properties with maximum profitability – and now we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our winning team.

🎯 Role Overview

While this role requires an on-site presence at our office, the core responsibility involves remotely managing projects across the U.S. You will be responsible for managing multiple renovation projects (Single Family only) across U.S markets. overseeing property renovation projects end-to-end. This includes working with contractors and suppliers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage property renovation projects from start to finish: contractor negotiations, project timelines, monitoring progress, budget and quality control.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure on-time and within budget delivery and execution.
• Conduct property inspections to verify compliance with standards and specifications and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate utilities (electricity, water, gas) opening and closing accounts across properties, according to the statues and progress of the project.
• Work with local teams and authorities for permits, certificates, and compliance.
• Collaborate with the company’s different departments on relevant related issues such as finance, deal analysis, deals closing etc.
• Improve processes by sourcing new contractors and negotiating bids.
• Utilize CRM systems such as Monday.com, CompanyCam, Salesforce, Podio, etc.

✅ Requirements

• PMP certificate - strong advantage
• Infrastructure Project Management- strong advantage
• 3+ years of project management experience – strong advantage.
• Native/Fluent English – required.
• Availability to work US hours: Monday–Friday, including Tuesday from home (17:00–02:00).
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Problem-solver with strong negotiation skills.
• Ambitious, persistent, and a strong team player.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Tech-savvy, with proven experience using CRM systems.

Working Conditions

• Location: Hamelacha St, Tel Aviv
• Days & Hours: 5 Days per week | Monday–Friday | 17:00-02:00 | Hybrid Setup
