About the Role

Newcom’s Digital Department is growing, and we are looking for an experienced PPC Campaign Manager to join our performance team.

In this role, you will manage large-scale paid campaigns across multiple platforms, optimize performance, analyze data, and collaborate with content and creative teams.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (must), Google, and TikTok.
• Partner with content, creative, and digital teams to execute campaigns end-to-end.
• Monitor performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, CPL) and generate analytical reports.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and insurance agents.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) - required.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (PPC/Campaign Management).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Project management abilities and multitasking skills.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to extract insights from data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communication - advantage.
• Experience in the insurance industry - a significant advantage.
