A fast-growing startup operating in the AI and Digital Health space. The company has developed an Audio- and AI-based system that monitors the condition of home-care patients, builds personalized treatment plans, and predicts medical deterioration across both Web and Mobile applications.

The company is located in Tel Aviv near the train line, working in a hybrid model with two days from home. They have dozens of employees globally, most of them in Israel, and are in significant growth.

Role Overview:

• Join the core development team in a newly created, high-impact position.
• Own the LLM engineering domain end-to-end.
• Focus on production-grade LLM implementation (no theoretical research or algorithm development).
• Work on LLM orchestration, model integration, infra setup, deployment, and real-time synchronization.
• Lead hands-on prompt engineering and optimization workflows.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM capabilities into the product.
• Work with a modern tech stack: Python, LLMs, GenAI, FastAPI, React, Postgres, Kubernetes, AWS, Airflow, LangChain, Node.js, TypeScript, Docker, GCP, Kafka, Linux, and more.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in AI development
• Strong Python skills
• 1 year of hands-on experience with LLMs
• Experience with at least one of the following libraries: Spark, NumPy, or Pandas
