🚀 Senior Bookkeeper | Family Office | Tel Aviv

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to join a dynamic family office in Tel Aviv! You’ll oversee bookkeeping across multiple U.S. entities 🌎 and lead the rollout of Priority software – a chance to really make an impact on financial operations.

What you’ll do:

• 📊 Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple U.S. entities
• 🧾 Prepare CPA-ready reports, reconciliations & monthly accruals
• 💻 Lead Priority software implementation and ensure smooth adoption
• 🗂 Keep processes organized & compliant
• 🤝 Work with internal teams & external service providers

What we’re looking for:

• 📜 Certified Bookkeeper Level 3 (“Sug 3”) – must-have
• 💼 3+ years as a Senior Bookkeeper, ideally in investment companies / VC / PE
• 🖥 Excel wizardry 🧙‍♀️
• ⚙️ Experience with Priority software
• 🌎Skilled in managing U.S. entity bookkeeping
• 🗣 Strong English & Hebrew communication
• 📝 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent
• 🌟 Bonus: Experience liaising with tax authorities (VAT, withholdings, income tax, National Insurance), submitting ongoing filings/payments, preparing Israeli tax reports, and certified payroll accounting.

Work model:

⏰This is a part-time role with an initial on-site implementation phase in Tel Aviv, moving into a hybrid model — with a clear willingness to be accommodating and flexible.
