Help Desk Technician – IT Integration Department

Location: Holon

Employment Type: Full-time | Sunday–Thursday

Job Description:

• Provide internal technical support to company employees.
• Handle hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install and configure operating systems, applications, and end-user devices.
• Manage users and permissions in Active Directory.
• Work with ticketing systems: logging, tracking, and documenting incidents and tasks.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Maintain computing equipment, printers, and peripheral devices.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• High-level English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proven experience in technical support within a large organization – must.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Proficiency in Office 2016 / Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, communication equipment, and cabling.
• User management in Active Directory, including Group Policy.
• Knowledge of CMD commands and writing Batch Files.
• Experience with remote access tools, data backup, and recovery.
• Basic knowledge of information security and antivirus tools.
• Familiarity with laptops and desktops – installation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of IP phones and configuration.
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, Intune).
