We’re looking for a SAP FICO Team Lead to drive end-to-end SAP FICO delivery, guide a talented finance systems team, and partner with business leaders to shape our next generation of financial processes.

This role also includes light oversight of remaining Oracle Finance activities, supported by our Oracle specialist.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor the SAP FICO team.
• Own SAP FICO design, configuration, and deployment.
• Translate business needs into smart, scalable SAP solutions.
• Ensure financial data integrity and process excellence.
• Oversee limited legacy Oracle Finance support.
• Test, troubleshoot, and deliver high-quality results.
• Maintain documentation and process maps.
• Stay ahead of SAP innovations and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• Degree in Finance/Accounting/IT (CPA advantage).
• Proven leadership and strong financial process knowledge.
• Sharp analytical and communication skills.
• Oracle Finance familiarity is a plus—not a must.
