Want to change the way the world drinks? We’re on the lookout for a super-talented Indirect Procurement Lead to join our Indirect Procurement team at SodaStream HQ in Kfar Saba. Reporting to the Team Lead, you’ll be one of three team members dedicated to SodaStream’s Indirect spend. If you’re a professional who can imagine the unimaginable, with a real passion for doing good in the world – we want to know!

Responsibilities

• Working closely together, you and the team will be responsible for developing and refining procurement strategies for indirect categories like IT, Marketing, Campus services etc., involving the analysis of market trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• You will engage with key suppliers to build strong relationships, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive innovation through regular business reviews.
• You will maintain strong relationships & collaborate with Internal stakeholders from diverse units and geographics to understand their needs and ensure procurement strategies align with business goals.
• You will execute sourcing initiatives, lead RFPs, RFQs, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.

Requirements

• Passion and love for the profession – Mandatory!
• BA – Mandatory (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management – Preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience (Indirect procurement at a multinational company, preferred)
• Strong background in procurement processes
• Ability to negotiate contracts and prices effectively
• Strong analytical skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full proficiency in English – MUST!
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
