Back Office Student Position – Sales Department | Orbit Communication Systems

We’re looking for a highly motivated Industrial Engineering or Business Administration student to join Orbit Communication Systems’ Sales Department in a dynamic, global environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to international sales processes, marketing operations, and business development activities — ideal for students seeking meaningful experience in a leading tech company.

What you’ll do:

• Manage relationships with suppliers and agents, including payments and invoice handling.

• Provide operational and marketing support to the sales team, including logistics for global exhibitions and coordination of internal meetings.

• Research and identify relevant industry contacts and decision-makers to support sales outreach.

• Prepare management reports, sales summaries, and executive-ready presentations.

• Deliver ongoing Back Office support to the Sales and Business Development teams.

Requirements:

• At least 4 semesters remaining until graduation.

• Currently pursuing a B.A. in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering & Management.

• GPA of 80+.

• Ability to commit to 3 workdays per week.

Location: Orbit HQ, Netanya
