Position Summary

The Head of HR leads the full spectrum of Human Resources. This role is accountable for HR strategy, HR operations, people processes and organizational development across all locations. The Head of HR serves as a business partner to senior leadership and managers, manages a small team of HR Business Partners (1–2), and oversees all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including global and local hiring, performance, engagement, development, compliance, and culture.

· Progressive HR experience, including HRBP roles and people management.

· Strong understanding of global and local recruitment processes.

· Hands-on experience with HR operations, labor law, and employee relations.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in a dynamic environment.

· Experience with HRIS systems.

· Experience in tech, global companies

· Exposure to multi-site or multi-country HR operations.

· Background in designing people programs and organizational processes.

What’s in it for you (Function’s main responsibilities)?

· HR Strategy & Leadership - Develop and implement the company’s HR strategy aligned with business objectives; serve as a trusted advisor to the management team and department heads; analyze organizational needs and provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations; lead company-wide HR initiatives, policies, and programs.

· People Management & HRBP Leadership - Manage and mentor 1–2 HR Business Partners; build strong, collaborative relationships with managers; provide guidance on org needs, performance issues, and employee relations; build HRBP capacity, tools, and processes to support the growing organization.

· Talent Acquisition (Global & Local) - Own end-to-end recruitment for all company locations and functions, including managing (hands-on) hiring processes; partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and maintain high recruitment standards; manage relationships with external recruiters when needed.

· Core HR Operations - Design and implement fundamental HR tools (onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, compensation & bonus, and HRIS accuracy); ensure smooth HR operational workflows in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and IT; design and maintain company policies and employee handbook.

· Performance & Development - Lead performance review cycles.

· Engagement, Culture & Communication - Champion the company’s values and culture across teams and locations; support leadership with change management initiatives.

· Compliance - Ensure compliance / employment of records with local labor laws in all relevant jurisdictions.
