What You’ll Do

• Supervision of month-end accounting processes and procedures
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including End-of-Month (EOM) reports, inventory schedules, and intercompany reconciliations
• Collaborate with external and internal bookkeeping teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
• Verify bank reconciliations and overall account reconciliations
• Spearhead process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounting records, identifying and addressing problems within the financial records
• Manage the proper registration of accounting provisions and accruals
• Verify the accuracy of invoice registration and general ledger entries during the accounting period
• Lead the preparation and detailed coordination of annual audits, working closely with external partners
• Provide ongoing reports and necessary documentation for due diligence processes

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, strategic thinker with an ability to learn and contribute
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel

What You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• CPA certification
• Big Four experience preferred
• Minimum of 1-year of related experience after internship
• Experience with NetSuite & Priority ERP system is an advantage
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in the TLV office on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
• Ability to have flexibility in schedule; will have to have overlap with US colleagues on some days
• Strong written & verbal communication skills in English required
• Experience with high-tech preferred
