A Top-Tier Consumer Goods Group is looking for a Head of Electrical Engineering to lead all electrical operations at one of its major manufacturing sites (Ashkelon or Bnei Brak). This is a high-impact, senior role overseeing a large team, plant-wide electrical systems and engineering projects in a fast-paced industrial environment.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead the plant’s electrical department including team leaders and a large electrical team

• Oversee electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrades across high voltage, low voltage, control and instrumentation systems

• Manage installation and commissioning of new machines, energy-saving projects and modernization of existing infrastructure

• Set departmental priorities, initiate and approve procurement requests and provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Electrical Engineer degree - MUST

• Licensed Electrical Engineer - MUST

• 6-7+ years of industrial experience as an Electrical Engineer (advantage: food industry) - MUST

• 4+ years managing a large electrical team - MUST

• Proven background in plant electrical systems, preventive maintenance, machine commissioning and engineering project leadership

• Availability to support a 24/6 operating plant
