**Job Description

**Bylith's Israel Frontend team. The team is responsible for the frontend development of multiple SaaS web products (CRM, Commerce, Data Automation) in a highly innovative, technical, and empowering work environment.

Our products are in use by millions of users worldwide, delivering smart and intuitive web experiences that put the end-user in the center.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tasks analysis, design, timelines and quality
• Work closely with the company CTO and Product Managers
• Work closely with other development and QA teams and groups
• Responsible for the code standard and code quality of the team
• Responsible to enforce the development processes of the team
• Report risks or any delays in advance
• Committed to team tasks
• Support team members

Qualifications

• 4 Years of practical experience

• At least 1 years’ experience as a development team leader with a Hands-on approach

• Highly motivated Code Enthusiast

• Experience as a web architect - An advantage

• B.Sc. Computer Science Degree or equivalent

• JavaScript

• Proficiency in vanilla JS, including ES7+

• At least 2 years’ experience with a Frontend framework - React/Vue/Angular/equivalent

• State management & Routing

• Tooling – Webpack, Babel, NPM, Git

• UX/UI Expertise

• Deep understanding of HTML5/CSS3 (LESS/SCSS)

• Practical experience in building complex UI layouts/systems & animations

• Advantages

• Universal apps (server-side rendering)

• Node.js

• Testing & CI/CD

• Excellent communication skills. Passionate about learning and always seek opportunities to expand your knowledge
• A self-starter with great instincts and the ability to discern upcoming needs
• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and have a “Can Do” attitude
• Outgoing and personable and takes pride in being a positive, helpful presence around the office
• A team player with the time management and organizational skills to also work independently
