Job Summary

The SDR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, driving performance, and implementing strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor a team of SDRs, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and high performance.
  • Performance Management:
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for SDRs; monitor performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer training opportunities to enhance skills.
  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize the SDR workflow and improve lead quality.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align SDR efforts with overall business goals.
  • Data Analysis:
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of SDR efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use CRM tools to track lead generation metrics and report on team performance.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Continuously evaluate tools and technologies to support SDR activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales development or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a management position.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
