**Role Description
**
This is an on-site full-time role for a Postdoctoral Researcher specializing in Formulation of Nanocarriers, Lipid and Polymeric Based Nanoparticles at the Scojen Institute in Herzliya. The Postdoctoral Researcher will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with other team members. This role involves planning and executing research projects, maintaining accurate records, and preparing publications and presentations of research findings. Additional responsibilities may include mentoring junior researchers and contributing to grant applications.

**Qualifications
**

• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including molecular biology techniques
• Strong background in Research, especially in pharmaceutical sciences, formulation nanocarriers, lipid and polymeric nanoparticles, drug delivery systems
• Competence in mol.biology concepts relevant to the research
• Data Analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Experience in mentoring students and junior researchers
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Biotechnology, or related field
• Previous experience in SEM, TEM, HPLC, LCMS is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
