AI Center of Excellence and looking for a hands-on, creative, and process-oriented AI Business Solutions Builder to join our team.

In this role, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents that deliver end-to-end business solutions and workflows. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate needs into scalable solutions, and drive our company’s AI transformation using low/no-code tools such as n8n and Copilot Studio.

What You Will Do

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for intelligent agent-based solutions

• Design, build, and optimize workflows using n8n, Copilot Studio, and low/no-code platforms

• Apply prompt design techniques and refine interactions with LLM-based agents for accuracy and reliability

• Define architecture, integrations, and logic flows for multi-agent business solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into functional requirements

• Support the development of best practices, governance, and reusable workflow frameworks

• Continuously monitor and improve solution performance and user experience

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in a technical or analytical role (system analyst, TPM, product manager) - Must

• Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code solutions (n8n, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Zapier, Make) - Must

• Strong understanding of business processes, system architecture, and data flows - Must

• Familiarity with AI technologies, LLMs, and prompt design - Must

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills - Must

• Experience working in global organizations and cross-functional environments - Must

• Experience integrating APIs and connecting systems - Must

• Background in business analysis or product management - Must

• Knowledge in multi-agent system design

• Strong curiosity and passion for transforming work through AI
