**We are looking for a Team Leader QA Tester with a proven experience in communication system for an exciting and challenging position!

**This is a full-time position, on-site, in Netanya

****Responsibilities

---

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results

****Requirements

• Min 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a small team (up to 3 people) - must
• Proven experience in communication system testing (e.g., network protocols, telecommunication devices, and related software) - advantage
• Familiarity with testing communication protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SIP, VoIP, etc - advantage
• Experience with manual and automated testing methods, as well as testing tools like Wireshark or JMete
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Certifications in network or communication testing (e.g., CCNA, ISTQB)
