We are looking for a Web Developer with strong skills in modern WordPress development and custom-coded websites – someone who can take a project end-to-end: from basic concept and structure, through UI layout, to a fully functional, optimized website.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress websites in code: custom templates, components, ACF-based structures, hooks, and more.
• Build landing pages and smaller sites quickly and efficiently (in code or using a page builder when relevant).
• Implement responsive layouts and polished UI based on guidelines or light wireframes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement best practices for performance, SEO (technical), and accessibility.
• Work independently on projects from initial brief to go-live.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid experience with WordPress as a development platform: ACF, custom post types, hooks, template hierarchy.
• Good design sense and the ability to refine layouts and styling without a dedicated design studio.
• Ability to take full ownership of a project and work independently.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and modern development best practices.

Big Advantages

• Experience working with Elementor (not mandatory, but a strong plus).
• Experience with Bedrock/Sage, Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Git.
• Background in basic UX/UI thinking or wireframing.
• Experience with third-party API integrations.
