We are hiring an SDR to generate and qualify pipeline through high-quality outbound and thoughtful inbound follow-up. You will be the first Cyvers touchpoint for many prospects, starting trusted conversations and booking discovery meetings for the sales team.

What you will do

• Conduct market research to identify ICPs, target accounts, and relevant decision makers
• Run outbound campaigns with tailored messaging and a personalized, high-engagement approach using modern automation tools
• Qualify inbound leads, assess fit, and lead initial discovery conversations before handing off to the sales team
• Keep strong CRM hygiene, tracking outreach, learnings, and pipeline outcomes

What you are

• 1–3 years of experience in BDR/SDR or pre-sales, a must
• Native or near-native English, written and spoken, a must
• Strong understanding of Web3 and fintech ecosystems - an advantage.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working across technical, compliance, and leadership teams
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
