We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent Accounting & Payroll Manager to join our growing team. This is a newly created position, offering a unique opportunity to build, improve, and own financial operational processes within the company.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

• Work directly with external bookkeepers and auditors
• Oversee supplier payments and financial transfers
• Lead and track customer collections
• Manage internal financial operations: expenses, revenues, bank reconciliations, and ongoing financial reports
• Oversee payroll processes and collaborate with HR and an external payroll provider
• Improve financial workflows, controls, and documentation
• Monitor and manage the office budget

📌 Requirements

• Certified Bookkeeper up to trial balance — required
• Payroll experience — required
• Managerial experience — advantage
• Experience with Michpal — required
• Experience with Xero — advantage
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills — required
• Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills
